1. Scope of Services
- Campaign Strategy & Planning — Tailored digital marketing for property listings, off-plan projects, and high-intent buyer acquisition
- Paid Advertising Management — Setup, continuous optimization, and budget pacing across Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Ad Creative & Copywriting — Conversion copywriting, ad concepts, and multimedia creative assets aligned with client's brand
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting — Custom investor audiences, lookalikes, and multi-stage retargeting funnels to maximize ROI
- Performance Tracking & Reporting — Bi-weekly/monthly executive analytics: impressions, CTR, CPL, qualified leads, and CPA
- PropCRM Real Estate CRM Access — Provisioning of dedicated PropCRM agency workspace, automated WhatsApp lead routing & pipeline tracking
2. Compensation & Commercial Terms

FIRST MONTH EXCLUSIVE — 3,500 AED is the special first month package (3,300 AED Marketing Management + 200 AED PropCRM Real Estate CRM Suite). From Month 2 onward, pricing will be reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.

4. Payment Terms
- Retainer: 3,500 AED due on 1st of each month (first payment upon signing)
- Commission: 2% of deal revenue due within 7 business days following SPA execution
- Deal Attribution: Applies to leads directly traceable via CRM/UTM links
- Advance Payment: Total retainer must be paid in advance before campaigns commence

6. Key Terms & Conditions
- Validity & E-Sign: Executed electronically and legally valid under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
- Termination: Either party may terminate with 14 calendar days written notice. All accrued commissions and unpaid retainers remain due.
- Confidentiality: Both parties maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary marketing strategies, client data, and financials.
- Intellectual Property: Ad creatives, copy, and graphics produced belong to Silver Bell Real Estate upon receipt of full retainer payment.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai; Dubai Courts maintain exclusive jurisdiction.
